Describe the issue
Send us as much information as possible, including the address, system or device name, screenshots or error messages if applicable, and correct contact details.
Remote diagnostics
Whenever possible, we first inspect the system remotely and attempt to resolve the issue without an on-site visit.
On-site visit if required
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange a technician visit.
Technician service rates
These rates apply when the warranty period has expired or when the fault is not related to an Indome system.
Technician working hour on weekdays (09:00–17:00)
The first on-site service hour includes travel within Tallinn.
Additional technician hour
Additional work time after the first service hour.
Remote support hour
Includes technician support provided remotely.
Travel outside Tallinn
Travel costs are added for locations outside Tallinn.
Technician hour outside business hours and on weekends
Applies to work carried out outside normal business hours and during weekends.
Additional technician hour outside business hours and on weekends
Applies to work carried out outside normal business hours and during weekends.
Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT will be added to the invoice.
Travel charges are calculated from the Indome office at Aiandi 13/2, Tallinn.
Indome OÜ reserves the right to amend the price list by giving at least 10 business days' notice.
If spare parts or products need to be replaced during the service visit, the cost of the parts and labour will be added according to the current price list.
